Job description

Role Overview

Kodak is looking for Product Converting Operators to operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment. 

Responsibilities: 
   Complete Operator training programs  
   Rotate through various jobs as needed
   Work in Dark and Light room conditions
   Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards   

Required Skills:
   Good communication skills, both written and verbal
   Detail Oriented Team Player
   Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests.
   Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner.
   Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak.
   Good Manual Dexterity
   Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs.
   Desire to continually improve oneself.

Other: 
   8 hour Mon-Fri work schedule 
   Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations.

Physical Requirements: 
   Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
   Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if needed
   Ability to work in Dark Room 

Required Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)  - Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
Years of Experience: Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required
