Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of manufacturing processes.

2. Mentors and coaches other engineers and technicians.

3. Assist management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives.

4. Drive high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools.

5. Manages or prepares documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.

6. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

7. Understand. Create. Simplify.

8. Other duties as assigned.

This job might be for you if you are a US Citizen and if you have:

B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.

6+ years experience in:

Electronic manufacturing processes and equipment Leadership and communication skills.

Electronic manufacturing techniques.

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of one or more of the following:

  • Highspeed Drill production processes

  • Electrical Test machines.

  • AOI machines

  • AFI machines

  • 2+ years SolidWorks experience

Pay Range Data

Pay range for position is $115,300 - $170,400 per year. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background. As a result, pay may vary to align with the level of the role.
