    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in painting, pressure washing, and line striping projects. The ideal candidate will have strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce accurate estimates that align with client expectations and company standards.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform accurate site assessments and measurements
    • Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
    • Review drawings, photos, and specifications for bid development
    • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
    • Determine labor, material, and equipment requirements
    • Track and follow up on bid submissions
    • Assist with contract negotiations when needed
    • Coordinate closely with project managers after award of work

    Qualifications

    • Experience Using Plan Swift or similar estimating software.
    • Prior estimating experience in painting, pressure washing, and/or line striping (required)
    • Strong understanding of materials, equipment, and industry standards
    • Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and technical documents
    • Excellent math and measurement skills
    • Strong communication and documentation abilities
    • Experience with estimating software or spreadsheets is a plus
    • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
