With nine leading brands and over 100 locations nationwide servicing industries including restaurant, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarket. Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.
What You'll Do
- Perform HVAC preventative maintenance
- Clean coils on rooftop units (RTUs & refrigeration systems)
- Work on split systems, make-up air units, exhaust systems
- Take before/after photos and complete service reports
- Pressure washing buildings and sidewalks
- Follow safety procedures and job instructions
- Work outdoors and at heights
What You Need
- HVAC or coil cleaning experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment
- Outdoor + rooftop work
- Physically active role (lifting, climbing, standing)
- Travel required to job sites
