The Receptionist will be responsible for all aspects of daily clerical and organizational tasks. The Receptionist will greet visitors; answer incoming calls; schedule information; support the staff, outside callers, and visitors; and other administrative tasks as necessary. Essential Duties:Welcome people as they enter the corporate office.Answer multi-line phone.Update staff members' extensions and voice mail.Update staff listing internally.Sort incoming faxes, distribute and deliver them to individual staff mailboxes.Supply inventory.Look after toner replacement.Sort and distribute mail into individual staff mailboxes.Receive and send packages.Performs other duties as assigned.
