    Job description

    Summary:
    The Manufacturing Engineer supports production operations by developing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and safety. This role works closely with production teams to implement process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Develop and improve manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and quality.
    • Perform process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
    • Support production teams in resolving manufacturing-related issues.
    • Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams on process enhancements.
    • Participate in equipment qualification and validation activities.
    • Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and recommend improvements.
    • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Assist with production planning and capacity analysis activities.
    • Provide technical support during new product introductions.

    Requirements:

    • 3–7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
    • Experience within industrial, automotive, aerospace, or consumer products manufacturing environments.
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
