    Job Brief
    Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Facilities Technician for our client. This job is responsible for repair, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities.
    What’s a Typical Day Like?
    • Perform facility repairs including electrical, welding, painting, plumbing, and carpentry work.
    • Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to identify necessary maintenance and repairs.
    • Conduct routine and periodic inspections of facility systems and equipment.
    • Follow and document all Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and records accurately.
    • Assist with the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of equipment as needed.
    • Maintain and repair facility support systems including: Air compressors; Air dryers; Vacuum systems; HVAC systems; DI water systems
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to facility operations and maintenance.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
    • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and security requirements.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    What Are the Requirements of the Job?
    • Previous facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance experience required
    • Experience with electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and mechanical repairs preferred
    • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues
    • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
    • Experience working with facility support systems such as HVAC, compressors, or vacuum systems preferred
