Come join our family! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH MANAGERAs a Branch Manager for one of our locations, you are responsible for coordinating and overseeing all operations, including the hiring, training, and supervision of branch staff. Under your exceptional leadership, all counter sales, warehouse, and delivery staff are inspired to take pride in their work and provide above-and-beyond customer service. As a hands-on leader, you model prompt, professional service when answering incoming telephone calls and greeting walk-in customers. Your style of performance fosters teamwork, respect, cooperation, accountability, and trust.As a strategic leader, you also come up with appropriate strategies to increase productivity and performance levels.
