Job description

The Senior Total Rewards Data & Process Analyst supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and reliable HR data and reporting.

This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of benefits, compensation, equity, onboarding and HR data through audits and oversight of the data entry, workflow and enrollment processes, producing reports and dashboards, and supporting process improvements across HR operations.

The analyst also provides day-to-day support to employees and managers by responding to HR/Benefits/Compensation/Equity related inquiries and resolving data or process issues.

This role partners with IT and business stakeholders to address data needs, enhance workflows, and contribute to the effective execution of Total Rewards initiatives and projects.

  • Communication Skills: Clearly communicates data insights, reporting outputs, and data issues to HR stakeholders, translating technical information into practical, actionable guidance.
  • Employee Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve inbound employee issues related to benefit elections, plan details, and carrier interactions
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Partners effectively with HR, IT, and business teams to support data accuracy, resolve issues, and implement process improvements in a collaborative environment.
  • Client Focus: Delivers responsive, accurate, and reliable data support, building strong relationships with stakeholders through consistency and attention to their needs.

What You’ll Do:

Data Management & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of HR data across systems
  • Support stakeholders with data requests and basic analysis
  • Identify data trends and surface insights to support decision-making

Data Entry & Audit

  • Oversee and support high-volume HR data entry and enrollment processes with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Perform regular data audits and validations to identify discrepancies
  • Partner with HR team members to resolve data issues and improve data quality
  • Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities with stakeholders to improve Total Rewards processes, data flows, and system utilization
  • Support standardization of workflows and documentation of best practices
  • Explore and support the use of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance HR reporting, data quality, and process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to streamline routine tasks and improve the employee and manager experience

Project Support

  • Support and coordinate Total Rewards and HR Operations -related tasks, including system updates, carrier file feeds and process improvements
  • Assist with project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll and vendors and other teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Employee and Manager Support (HR & Benefits)

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and manager inquires related to HR/Total rewards data, processes, and systems
  • Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of service and accuracy
  • Escalate complex issues internally or to external partners/carriers as needed and track through to resolution
  • Maintain strong follow-through and communication to ensure issues are resolved within appropriate timeframes
  • Assist other team members with administrative support, including Invoice handling, Document management

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent through experience
  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or similar roles within a large, complex organization
  • Strong experience with HR data reporting, data entry processes, and auditing of large data sets
  • Proficiency in Dayforce Reporting, WFM, Employee benefits concepts and Employee lifecycle
  • High Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other Data visualization tools
  • Exposure to Compensation, Benefits specific tools and portals.
  • Interest in or exposure to AI tools and automation technologies, with a willingness to apply them to improve HR data processes and reporting
