With a presence in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, Chile, and Australia, we have more than 65 years of experience delivering innovative wellness products to our consumers across our many brands.

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst, Americas to serve as the primary finance partner to Americas Sales leadership. This role validates business cases and reports out to members of the C-Suite for commercial initiatives, driving profitable growth through pricing discipline, deal support, promotion evaluations, profitability enhancement initiatives, and forward-looking forecasting.

This role connects marketing initiatives to sales outcomes, measuring all aspects of proposed and actual business cases. It also supports Engineering and New Product Development by tracking investments and returns for these groups.

    Who You Are

You are a commercially-minded finance professional who thrives in a frontline, high-autonomy role. You operate as a dedicated but independent partner to Sales leadership and are fully embedded in commercial decision-making rather than reacting after the fact. You balance growth ambitions with rigorous profitability discipline and bring strong business judgment to every engagement.

    What You'll Do

    Commercial Partnership

Act as the dedicated but independent finance partner to Americas Sales leadership

Support revenue growth with clear trade-offs on margin, pricing, and deal structure

Ensure finance is embedded in commercial decision-making (not retrospective)

    P&L Support & Reporting

Build, report on, and support the end-to-end commercial P&L for the Americas

Drive gross margin improvement by channel (dealer, retail)

Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders as the guide, counselor, and coach on SG&A spend across the region

    Pricing & Deal Governance

Support the team in driving customer profitability improvement

Drive pricing and governance frameworks within guidelines established by the CEO, CFO, and CCO

Lead deal desk support for non-standard or large commercial deals

Ensure disciplined discounting and margin protection

    Forecasting

Deliver rolling 12-month revenue and margin forecasts

Drive forecast accuracy and transparency of risks and opportunities

Build strong bottoms-up visibility from sales pipelines

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    Required

5-7 years in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or deal desk

Strong experience partnering directly with Sales leaders

Proven track record influencing pricing and deal outcomes

Comfortable operating in high-autonomy, single-threaded ownership roles

Strong business judgment - able to balance growth vs. profitability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail

Highly proficient with Excel; including use of macros and pivot tables

           Strong presentation skills

Proficient at harvesting and manipulating data from ERPs and data warehouses

    Preferred

Experience across US, Mexico, and Canada

Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment

    Benefits

    What We Offer

Jacuzzi Group offers a competitive total compensation package. This position includes a base salary commensurate with experience, as well as eligibility for a performance-based bonus program, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation tied to individual and company results.

    Benefits

           Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options

           401(k) with company matching program

           Life and disability insurance

Paid time off and company holidays
