Our top Service Advisors earn $1,000–$1,500 per week, with high performers exceeding $100,000 annually. If you’re energetic, outgoing, and enjoy helping customers while earning commission, this is the role for you.
We offer paid training, full benefits, weekly pay, and fast-track career growth—no prior car wash experience required.
What You’ll Do:- Greet customers with a friendly, outgoing attitude
- Recommend wash packages and upsell Unlimited Membership plans
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and promotions
- Deliver a fast, positive customer experience
- Support daily operations and team performance
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales/upselling skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and team mindset
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Uncapped earnings (hourly + commission)
