    At LIME Fresh, great food is only part of what we do. We create experiences that bring people together-and our Catering Sales Manager takes that experience beyond our restaurants and into offices, schools, celebrations, community events, and gatherings throughout our markets.
    We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Catering Sales Manager who can turn conversations into connections and connections into long-term business.
    This role is responsible for developing new catering business, strengthening existing relationships, growing sales, and ensuring every catering customer experiences the freshness, hospitality, and personality that makes LIME Fresh different.
    What You'll Do
    As Catering Sales Manager, you'll own the sales process from prospecting through follow-up. You'll actively build relationships with businesses, schools, hotels, medical offices, apartment communities, event planners, sports organizations, and other potential catering partners. Salary + Commission + Travel Allowance will be paid.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow catering sales and repeat business.
    • Prospect for new customers through calls, emails, visits, networking, community involvement, and local outreach.
    • Build lasting relationships with businesses, organizations, event planners, schools, hotels, and community partners.
    • Generate, manage, and follow up on catering leads.
    • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and existing customers.
    • Respond quickly and professionally to catering inquiries.
    • Help customers select catering options that best fit their needs.
    • Coordinate orders with restaurant leadership and operations teams.
    • Help ensure catering orders are accurate, organized, on time, and representative of LIME Fresh standards.
    • Follow up after events to gather feedback and develop future opportunities.
    • Re-engage previous customers and generate repeat business.
    • Participate in tastings, networking events, community events, and local marketing opportunities.
    • Track sales activity, leads, customer relationships, and performance.

    Success isn't simply taking catering orders. It's creating catering business.
    You're someone who sees an office building, school, hotel, medical center, or community event and immediately thinks about how LIME Fresh could become part of their next gathering.
    You build your pipeline, follow up consistently, develop relationships, and turn first-time catering guests into loyal, repeat customers.
    What We're Looking For
    You're a relationship builder who enjoys meeting people and creating genuine connections.
    You're sales-minded and comfortable prospecting, asking for the business, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities.
    You're self-motivated and don't wait for catering leads to arrive-you go find them.
    You're organized and accountable, able to manage multiple customers, orders, deadlines, and priorities while following through on commitments.
    You're also adaptable and comfortable solving challenges while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
    Most importantly, you understand hospitality. A catering customer isn't simply purchasing food-they're trusting LIME Fresh with part of their event.
    Qualifications
    Ideal candidates will have experience in catering sales, restaurant sales, hospitality, event sales, business development, outside sales, or community marketing.
    Candidates should also:
    • Demonstrate an ability to build relationships and generate new business.
    • Be comfortable prospecting and conducting outside sales activities.
    • Possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
    • Be comfortable using CRM, email, and basic business software.
    • Have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license where required.
    • Be available for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events.
    • Be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment sponsorship.
