Role: Salesforce Admin & Business Analyst
Location - Atlanta, GA (candidate is required to work from Customer location, hence please source local candidates who are willing to work from office)
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Single point of contact taking full ownership performing Salesforce admin related functions for two Salesforce instances to support users
• Gather requirements and Develop Functional requirement document including, process flows, business test scenario, use cases, and training documents for new enhancements
• Work with Development team to develop new enhancements customization and perform system testing and conduct user acceptance testing to get business approval. Provide post go-live support and ensure issues are resolved on time to get the full benefit out of enhancements
• Interface with business users and other IT staff including Salesforce COE, for delivering an d deploying complete work products.
• Perform administrator functions such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, and queues, data backup.
• Customize and manage dashboards, reports, templates, page layouts workflows, create and maintain custom object relationships, formulas, standard and custom fields.
• Configure Salesforce platform including development of custom pages & lightning components to enhance user experience in sales, service, and community portal.
• Have a deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and understand how to leverage the tool to meet complex process, workflow automation.
• Managing and resolving support requests related to Salesforce functions and integrations. Work closely with users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary.
• Monitor Integration errors between Salesforce, SAP, and other internal and external systems and take corrective preventive actions.
• Produce and improve overall documentation related to configuration and deployment of applications
• Communicate in a clear, compelling manner to technical, and non-technical team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Director or designee.
• What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):\
• Should have excellent knowledge, skills and necessary certifications in Salesforce.com - Sales, Service, Community products and platform
• 5 to 7 years of Hands-on experience in Salesforce
