Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is seeking a Payroll Tester to lead and execute comprehensive payroll testing for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Financials suite. The role involves evaluating and testing software programs, managing defect tracking, and ensuring program functionality and conformance to requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute comprehensive payroll testing for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Financials suite.
• Evaluate and test software programs, write and revise test standards and procedures, recommend improvements, develop and execute test plans, and manage defect tracking.
• Work closely with project team to design and carry out tests ensuring program functionality and conformance to requirements.
• Provide technical documentation and program evaluation reports.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience, large-scale ERP testing (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred).
• Expertise in payroll systems, tax regulations, deductions, public sector payroll structures.
• Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.), strong analytical and communication skills, SQL experience.
• Familiarity with all phases of Application Life Cycle Management, automated testing tools, and frameworks.
Preferred:
• Master's degree and certifications preferred.
