Duration: Long term contract Job Summary:Intersources Inc. is seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define automation strategies, and ensure best practices in deploying scalable and secure Automation Anywhere solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Define RPA architecture, frameworks, and best practices for Automation Anywhere implementations.
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise-wide automation solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance to developers, ensuring high-quality bot development and integration.
- Oversee bot performance, scalability, and security across multiple environments.
- Ensure automation aligns with enterprise IT architecture, compliance, and governance policies.
- Optimize and refine automation solutions for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
- Stay updated on Automation Anywhere advancements and emerging automation trends.
- Mentor and upskill team members on RPA best practices and new technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere RPA development and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Automation Anywhere Control Room, Bot Insights, IQ Bot, and MetaBots.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and integration with APIs, databases, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability RPA solutions in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, VBScript) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Automation Anywhere Certified Master/Advanced RPA Architect preferred.
- Lead and shape enterprise automation strategies.
