Join us as a Materials Program Manager, where you will play an operationally focused role developing, optimizing, and implementing cutting-edge supply chain solutions that drive innovation, quality, and efficiency, while contributing to the future of Intel's technology roadmap. The Global Operations organization within the Foundry and Construction Sourcing team is seeking a dynamic and driven Materials Program Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Management. The Operations Materials Program Manager is an integral connection between the US Factory Stakeholders, US Spares Procurement Operations, and the materials supplier's ensuring availability and cost competitive solutions in support of factory operations.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Translating manufacturing inventory forecasts and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to bills of materials stocking, risk assessment/mitigation, inventory health and optimization, streamlined/reliable supply chain business processes and improving the total cost to the business

  • Delivering an uninterrupted supply of scope-aligned spare parts and/or direct materials to the primary site location within the US factory network

  • Providing daily tactical support to the US site-based procurement operations teams to ensure efficiency of operations and rapid resolution to factory impacts

  • Operationalization of tactical procurement methods to manage and optimize inventory, forecasting, and delivery of materials and/or coordination or sponsorship of supplier labor

  • Driving operational response and closure to inventory or supplier labor escalations, inventory risk, and related supply chain impacts

  • Intake, disposition, and coordination of Material Quality Incidents requiring supplier engagement across the supply chain

  • Ensuring that bills of materials integrity, materials availability, cost, and quality goals are set and successfully achieved

  • Providing assessments/status to stakeholders at multiple levels, establishing contingency and gap closure plans, and closely monitoring program indicators

  • Analyzing data to run daily operations of the supply chain as well as developing and designing solutions for complex business processes

  • Driving standardization of indicators, processes, and procedures to optimize efficiency and consistent supply chain inventory solutions

  • Participation in the development and improvement of systems, metrics and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization

  • Working with cross organizational teams to drive forward-looking supply chain solutions

  • Engagement with supplier personnel which may include sponsorship of field service engineers, budget tracking/visualizations, and support of labor solutions supporting the factories across the US

  • Ensuring tight linkages to each business unit's production requirements to enable output maximization while balancing cost and inventory control

  • Proven ability to execute disciplined processes and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adept at stakeholder management and fostering collaborative partnerships across diverse teams.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in advanced data analysis to drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or BS degree in supply chain, business or associated field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience

  • 2+ years in business intelligence tools or data modeling or transformation.

  • 2+ years in managing complex supplier relationships and drive operational strategies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI and advanced analytics for problem-solving and process optimization.

  • Experience using SAP data solutions as a procurement or inventory platform
