Job description

Description
INSERV, Inc. is seeking highly skilled, safety-driven, and experienced Class A CDL Drivers specializing in Tanker Operations to join our premier logistics and environmental services team. Based out of our Northern Indiana operations hub, this role is critical to executing our regional industrial services, hazardous and non-hazardous bulk liquid transport, and waste management contracts.
At INSERV, we don't just drive trucks; we build elite operational teams. If you possess an uncompromised commitment to safety, expert-level fluid-haul handling skills, and a flawless regulatory record, we offer a stable, high-earning career platform with modern equipment and an industry-leading compensation structure.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT NOTICE: Candidates MUST possess a valid Class A CDL with a Tanker (N) Endorsement and show NO manual or operational restrictions at the time of application. Hazardous Materials (H) endorsement is highly preferred and must be obtainable.
The Rewards
  • Competitive Pay: $27 - $33 / hour + consistent Overtime (after 40).
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3,500+ to start your journey with us.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, 401(k) matching, and wellness programs.
  • Stability: Work for a regional leader in industrial and environmental services.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • A "Specialist" mindset: You take pride in the technical aspects of environmental service, not just the mileage.
  • Safety-first attitude: High-level compliance and equipment care are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on role for drivers who take pride in technical skill.
• Operate Class A vacuum trucks and tankers for industrial cleaning and emergency response.
• Navigate local industrial sites and facilities with a "Safety First" mindset.
• Work as part of a specialized team-you drive, but you can also lead the setup and execution of the job.
Qualifications
• Experience in operating Class A vacuum trucks and tankers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ability to navigate industrial sites with a strong "Safety First" mindset, prioritizing the well-being of all team members.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a specialized team, contributing to successful project execution.
• Familiarity with local routes and industrial facilities in Fort Wayne, IN, for efficient and timely operations.
• Capability to lead the setup and execution of industrial cleaning and emergency response tasks, demonstrating leadership skills.
• Possession of a valid CDL A license with a clean driving record, reflecting reliability and professionalism.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to environmental regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
