Indotronix is seeking Network Security Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hubs for our Direct client

Position: Network Security Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ

Remote/Onsite: If within proximity to the office, onsite; if not, then the worker can be remote.

Acceptable time zone(s): EST (Flexible based on location)

Days of the week: M-F

Working Hours: 8 AM-5 PM EST

Duration: Contract to hire

Industry background:

Technology background; financial background is nice to have.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, expansion, and ongoing administration of HPE Aruba ClearPass NAC solutions.

• Administer network access policies and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.

• Provide day-to-day support for end users experiencing network access issues.

• Monitor NAC platform health, authentication activity, and policy enforcement effectiveness.

Experience Required:

3 to 5 Years

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• HPE Aruba ClearPass or other enterprise NAC platforms.

• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint onboarding and authentication services.

• 802.1X Authentication

• RADIUS and TACACS+

• Network Segmentation

• VLAN Assignment

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Switching

• PKI and Certificate-Based Authentication

• Experience troubleshooting network access issues affecting end users.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• Experience administering or supporting Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls, security policy management, rule reviews, and network segmentation initiatives.

• Experience supporting enterprise Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and/or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments.

• Knowledge of secure web gateway (SWG), cloud security, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and user access control concepts.

• Experience leveraging ServiceNow for incident, request, change, and access management workflows.

Soft Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Team Collaboration

• Interpersonal Skills

• Written and Verbal Communication

• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Industry certifications below are a nice-to-have:

○ CompTIA Security+

○ CompTIA Network+

○ Cisco CCNA

○ Cisco Certified Specialist or Cisco ISE-related certifications

○ Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA)

○ Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)

○ Fortinet NSE Certifications (FCP/Fortinet Certified Professional or equivalent)

○ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred for senior candidates)

Interview Process:

First round: Virtual 45min- 1 hr Panel interview. Second round: possible if needed
