  • Track Project Progress in Customer's PMTool<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Perform PMF programmatics for the project (schedule, control gates, prepare slides, distribute minutes, review\/verify deliverables, etc)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Track project schedule in both MS Project and PMTool<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Perform technical writing on project documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Version control draft and baseline documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Track Team\/Project Action Items<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Project Purchasing Documentation and Research<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Develop project schedules, timelines (adherence to PMP)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Develop and present briefings <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Produce Project status reports<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Leverage experience across the Center, Group, and external offices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Create\/update project documentation to include PMP deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Coordinate with Customer's security elements for Project Certification and Accreditation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Experience managing technical\/IT projects <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Strong understanding of Customer field environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ability to work\/coordinate with internal\/external Customers\/Vendors to gather requirements, develop plans and execute to budgets\/timelines as required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ability to work and deliver on short suspense tasking\/products in a fast paced potentially stressful environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Experience with Customer's Project Management Framework.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Creates, incorporates, implements changes to schedule(s)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Working knowledge of Customer's official message system<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Working knowledge of Customer's organization, internal policies and processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Project Organization\/tracking<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Access<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Willing to "go the extra mile" in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Experience with Agile,  SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • 8+ years experience required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • BS Management Information Systems or BS in other management or IT field with emphasis on project management OR equivalent experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
