***ACTIVE TS\/SCI WITH FULL SCOPE POLY REQUIRED***<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Track Project Progress in Customer's PMTool<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform PMF programmatics for the project (schedule, control gates, prepare slides, distribute minutes, review\/verify deliverables, etc)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track project schedule in both MS Project and PMTool<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform technical writing on project documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Version control draft and baseline documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track Team\/Project Action Items<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Project Purchasing Documentation and Research<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop project schedules, timelines (adherence to PMP)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and present briefings <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Produce Project status reports<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Leverage experience across the Center, Group, and external offices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create\/update project documentation to include PMP deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate with Customer's security elements for Project Certification and Accreditation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong understanding of customer field environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in Customer's Project Management Framework.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Incorporates\/Implements changes to schedule<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Working knowledge of Customer's official message system<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Working knowledge of Customer's organization, internal policies and processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Project Organization\/tracking<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Journeyman with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Access<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Willing to "go the extra mile" in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to work as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Highly mission oriented<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Previous overseas travel<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 6+ years experience required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> BS Management Information Systems or BS in other management or IT field with emphasis on project management OR equivalent experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
