    Position Overview:
    The Quality Supervisor at ID Logistics is responsible for ensuring products and services meet both customer expectations and company standards. The Quality Supervisor focuses on developing and implementing quality policies, monitoring performance, and addressing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. The supervisor will adhere to corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report noncompliance when observed. Additionally, they will promote and enforce company safety rules and standards.
    Work Location: This is an on-site role
    Work Schedule: 1st Shift- with the possibility of additional hours as needed based on business demands
    Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $73,000 -$75,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Quality and Compliance:
    • Maintain and enforce LOTO (Lock-Out-Tag-Out) protocols for facility equipment.
    • Regularly review and update cleaning master schedules, SOPs, and documentation.
    • Conduct post-cleaning and pre-operational equipment inspections and document findings.
    • Audit, inspect, and verify product quality to meet company and customer requirements.
    • Review shift documentation daily, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
    • Oversee the process for placing products on hold and determining proper disposition for non-compliant items.
    Plan and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance activities
    Prepares periodic reports on the status of quality compliance.
    Team Leadership:
    • Organize and oversee cleaning line teams and housekeeping tasks across shifts.
    • Train team members on tasks, proper chemical usage, and safety protocols.
    • Lead shift change quality handovers, ensuring proper documentation and clear instructions.
    Documentation and Reporting:
    • Generate, review, and file required quality and sanitation reports.
    • Maintain and organize quality documentation in compliance with company standards.
    • Accurately enter data into quality management systems and verify for accuracy.
    • Collect samples and label accordingly per customer requirements.
    Sanitation and Safety:
    • Perform weekly inventory checks and order sanitation supplies and chemicals.
    • Ensure adherence to GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and security requirements.
    • Report and address non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.
    • Promote and maintain a safe work environment, assisting in the enforcement of safety rules.
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong understanding of basic math.
    • Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills to meet objectives.
    • Commitment to process excellence through efficient and accurate adherence to procedures.
    • Effective communication with leadership, team members, and other departments.
    • Ability to understand and apply SDS, LOTO procedures, and cleaning processes to meet customer specifications.
    • Must have strong knowledge of quality management practices
    • Understands and can apply food safety principles.
    • Required knowledge ( GMPs, sanitation, LOTO, Food Safety Regulations, Audit Standards
    • Required physical demands (lifting, standing, environment)
    • Required technical skills (e.g.,QMS software, Microsoft Office, data analysis)
    • Certifications (e.g.,HACCP, SQF, PCQI,OSHA 10/30,ASQ certifications)
    • 3-5 yeas of experience in quality, manufacturing, logistics, or food safety
    • Proficient computer skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, leadership strengths and ability to work effectively with a team.
    • Be highly organized and committed to the effective management of deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    3PL industry experience is strongly preferred.
    Food grade warehousing experience.
    **Bilingual Spanish preferred**
