Support Manager WORK FROM HOME (or if you like our beautiful City- Łódź) Annual Salary max. 181.000 gross We are looking for our Client who specializes in products and solutions for consumers, automakers, and enterprises worldwide, including audio, visual and infotainment systems; enterprise automation solutions; and software services. What You Will Do: Manage a team of Field Application Engineers, handling both client & server pre-production Integration & post-production support, for an E2E OTA solution Sales support tasks, such as pre-sale meetings Manage and track the team's activities, open tasks and cases, prioritization and escalations to other support teams or engineering teams Assist in development of Technical Support knowledgebase; documenting issues resolutions Identify product enhancement opportunities through regular interaction with customers.
