BeschreibungDu willst etwas bewegen? Dann bist du bei Holcim richtig. In unserem Team kannst du deine Ideen einbringen und aktiv mitgestalten. Wir suchen eine motivierte und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit für spannende Aufgaben in unserer Projektabteilung im Zementwerk Siggenthal.
- Du planst, steuerst und realisierst Investitionsprojekte wie Neu- und Umbauten, Modernisierungen sowie Grossreparaturen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
- Du entwickelst technische und wirtschaftliche Konzepte, führst Machbarkeitsstudien und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen durch und erstellst fundierte Business Cases inklusive Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsmanagement deiner Projekte und sorgst für eine effiziente Umsetzung teils auch während des laufenden Betriebs
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Procurement-Team vergleichst du Angebote, bist Teil der Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten, Auftraggebern und Subunternehmen und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller CSM-Prozesse bei Montage und Inbetriebnahme sicher
- Als interner Ansprechpartner berätst du Fachabteilungen in allen Fragen der Projektabwicklung
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur oder eine höhere technische Ausbildung in den Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Aufbereitungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder Bauingenieurwesen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Leitung von Industrieanlagenprojekten und verstehst es, technische und wirtschaftliche Aspekte erfolgreich zu verbinden
