Position Details

• Position: Certified Traffic Control Flagger
• Location: Various job sites throughout Vancouver, WA and Oregon State
• Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based with ongoing opportunities
• Schedule: Primarily day shifts (hours vary based on project needs)
• Pay: $22.50/hour
• Daily Pay Available! Get access to your earned wages without waiting until payday.

Responsibilities

• Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through construction and work zones
• Protect workers, motorists, and the public by following established traffic control procedures
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices as directed
• Communicate effectively with Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS), crews, and the public
• Follow all company, customer, and Oregon safety regulations
• Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately

Minimum Qualifications

✅ Current WA or OR Flagger Certification (required)
✅ Valid driver's license (required)
✅ Reliable personal vehicle with the ability to travel to various job sites
✅ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
✅ Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
✅ Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
