We are seeking reliable and safety-focused ATSSA Certified Flaggers to support roadway, construction, and utility projects throughout the Dallas, TX area. The Flagger will be responsible for directing traffic safely and efficiently through active work zones to protect workers, motorists, and pedestrians.

This role is essential in maintaining safe traffic flow and ensuring compliance with all state and federal traffic control regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around active work zones
• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades)
• Communicate clearly with crew members via hand signals, radios, or verbal instructions
• Warn approaching traffic of construction or hazards ahead
• Maintain safe and orderly traffic flow in high-risk areas
• Follow all ATSSA, MUTCD, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards
• Respond quickly and appropriately to changing traffic conditions or emergencies

Requirements:

• Valid ATSSA Flagger Certification (Required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be alert, dependable, and safety-oriented
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous traffic control or construction experience
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills
• Familiarity with roadway safety procedures
