    Position Overview

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to grow our client base in the North Jacksonville market. This role is focused on generating new business, building relationships with local companies, and driving revenue growth through staffing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
    • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across industries (construction, light industrial, hospitality, etc.)
    • Identify client hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
    • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment

    Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of sales, business development, or staffing industry experience preferred
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
