Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
  • Build, maintain, and support data integration workflows, mappings, and pipelines.
  • Design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions using dimensional data modeling principles.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes for data migration, transformation, and integration from multiple source systems.
  • Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs and Salesforce/SQL connectors.
  • Perform ETL testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver data integration solutions.
  • Monitor production ETL processes, investigate issues, and ensure high system availability.
  • Optimize ETL performance, database queries, and data processing workflows.
  • Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Maintain technical documentation and support continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Informatica development and enterprise ETL solutions.
  • Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or Informatica Cloud.
  • Expertise in ETL architecture, data integration, and database design.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, BI architecture, and dimensional data modeling.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience designing and optimizing complex queries.
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
  • Experience using Salesforce and SQL connectors for data integration.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile software development practices.
  • Knowledge of database conversion, migration, and ETL optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Shell, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based data integration and modern data platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning for ETL workflows and databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployments.
  • Informatica certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale data warehouse environments.
