  • Work remotely within the territory while meeting face-to-face with contractors (including plumbers) and other business partners
  • Qualify prospective clients to determine fit for our services and referral program
  • Manage marketing plans and attend key networking and marketing events in the area
  • Maintain regular, value-added contact with referral partners
  • Achieve monthly goals for enrollments, jobs, and revenue
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals
  • Professionally represent Power Dry and promote the company brand through in-person interactions
  • Complete weekly sales activity reports
  • Develop and maintain monthly marketing routes

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently to expand brand awareness
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Comfortable using technology, software, and business tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Benefits

  • Company vehicle with fuel card
  • Company cell phone
  • Competitive commission plan
  • Company-paid health insurance for employees
  • Buy-up plans available
  • Dependents and spouses may be added at additional cost
  • HSA/FSA options available with certain plans
  • Vision and dental insurance (multiple plan options)
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Ancillary benefits (hospital, critical illness, accident coverage)
  • Paid time off and holidays
