Job description

The Project Manager under broad direction, demonstrates the ability to manage projects within a geography or practice area.
  • Pay Rate: Up to $78.67/hour, depending on experience.
  • Assignment Length: 2-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.

Responsibilities:
  • Projects may be internal, outsourced or customer funded and involve multiple disciplines, departments or development centers.
  • Assists in developing cost effective solutions to schedule, evaluates alternatives and collaborates with client and Halliburton project sponsors to confirm requirements, and ensures acceptance within a defined time frame, quality and security metrics.
  • Ensures compliance with Landmark Project Management policies and procedures as defined by the Landmark Lifecycle methodology.
  • Identifies potential problems and objections.
  • Actively coaches others in objection handling and project management.
  • Keeps TBL management informed of any potential schedule and scope changes.

Qualifications:
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Geoscience, Software engineering, computer science or business and 6 years of software and project management experience.
