Job description

Job Description Summary:
Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents. Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications. Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project. Plan, coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration. Review construction submittals and assist project manager in construction administration. Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Architecture (any) or related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Master's degree in Architecture (any) or related field of study and one (1) year of experience, the employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (any) or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have demonstrated experience with: Enscape; Lumion; AutoCAD; Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop; Microsoft Office; 3D printing; Physical model construction; international building code and energy conservation code; and ADA and FHA requirements.
