What You'll Do
- Lead civil engineering and land development projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
- Oversee site design, grading, stormwater, water, and wastewater projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 6+ years of civil engineering/project management experience.
- Land development and site design experience.
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- $115,000-$135,000 + bonus.
- Average employee tenure of 10.5+ years.
