Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to support the day-to-day accounting, financial, and administrative operations of a growing restoration company. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong QuickBooks and accounting experience who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting and financial administration.
- Manage invoicing and ensure bills are accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
- Work closely with leadership to provide visibility into the company’s financial position.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers, vendors, and employees.
- Provide administrative support to the office and leadership team.
- Coordinate office processes, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Help ensure financial and administrative processes remain accurate and organized.
- Strong QuickBooks experience.
- Strong accounting and financial management background.
- Experience with invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Restoration experience preferred.
- Construction, insurance, property management, or service-industry accounting experience is a plus.
