Responsibilities
  • Manages calendars and coordinates meetings and events accordingly
  • Prepares presentations and reports
  • Serves as a liaison between departments as needed
  • Exercises sound judgement while handling confidential information and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Assists with business development and accounting support assignments
  • Prepares BU financial, operations, and/or business development reports for submittal and upload to corporate and/or intranet
  • Coordinates and updates project(s) and company information for community relations or marketing purposes
  • Coordinates and monitors project updates for business development purposes
  • Assists the senior management team as requested
  • Monitors and updates logistical activities at the assigned project(s) including of company cars fleet, employee rotation log, and new arrival coordination
  • Manages work for project(s) with Project Executive(s) as needed
  • Controls the ordering of essential supplies for assigned office and conference rooms
  • May serve as Learning Coordinator responsible for working with BUL/Department Heads and HR to determine annual training needs
  • Creates training schedules for BU/departments and communicates scheduled company training opportunities to employees to encourage participation
  • Organizes and executes trainings and events including scheduling, sending reminders, providing facilitator with necessary training materials, and ordering/organizing catering

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
  • Experience working for a Finance & Accounting department and or CFO or Controller
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of office experience; construction-related experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Providence, RI this ranges from $60,000.00-$72,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
