Essential Duties and Responsibilities

WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our (Denver) office, you will be enabling and managing the supply planning team to provide a robust supply planning processes, that challenges the current ways of thinking and incorporates the global scale.

The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading finished goods and raw material supply planning to ensure optimal service levels, inventory health, and alignment with financial and SIOP objectives. This role drives best-in-class planning processes, robust analytics, and strong cross-functional alignment while building scalable systems and accountability across the supply organization. The role will require the ability to drive accountability, deliver results and will be responsible for key performance indicators and reporting.

This role has supervisory responsibilities and will be overseeing a Senior Buyer/Planner and a Buyer/Planner, at this time.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Own enterprise finished goods and raw materials supply planning, ensuring service, inventory, and financial targets are met in alignment with SIOP strategy.
  • Lead inventory health, buy planning, and capacity planning, proactively identifying risks and eliminating supply chain blind spots.
  • Partner closely with third-party and Gates production plants to align manufacturing schedules with supply plans - ensuring demand, quality, and inventory objectives are met.
  • Establish planning governance, accountability, and scalable processes to support rapid business growth and complexity.
  • Drive systems, automation, and digital enablement across reporting and current process to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver advanced analytics and executive reporting via Power BI, providing actionable insights on inventory, orders, and supplier performance.
  • Lead and develop a highperforming supply planning organization, fostering crossfunctional alignment with Demand, Fulfillment, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements and Preferred Skills

ABOUT YOU

  • BA/BS Degree related to Supply Chain
  • 8+ years of progressive global supply planning experience (Bicycle or Powersports industry preferred)
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Proven analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Distinguished people leader
  • ERP supply planning experience required (Oracle a plus)
  • Strong BI capabilities with demonstrated system experience (Power BI preferred)
  • Passion for technical product understanding
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organization skills
  • 10-15% travel  - 1-3 global trips per year, 1-3 domestic trips per year
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

PAY & BENEFITS

  1. Full-Time
  2. Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
  3. Relocation is not provided
  4. Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  5. Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  6. 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  7. Tuition Reimbursement
