    À titre de coordonnateur(trice) aux opérations, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification des effectifs, le soutien administratif, les suivis de conformité, la coordination du recrutement et le soutien aux opérations quotidiennes.

    Principales responsabilités

    • Coordonner la planification des effectifs, les demandes de congé, la gestion des vacances ainsi que le suivi des feuilles de temps, y compris la résolution des écarts, lorsque nécessaire;
    • Effectuer le suivi de la facturation, des ajustements de paie et des autres tâches administratives connexes;
    • Maintenir à jour les systèmes internes, notamment les horaires, les dossiers des employés, les uniformes et le suivi des équipements opérationnels;
    • Assurer le suivi des dossiers des employés, incluant les absences, les mouvements de personnel, les exigences de conformité ainsi que le respect des politiques de l'entreprise, des conventions collectives et des exigences réglementaires;
    • Participer au recrutement, aux entrevues, à l'intégration des nouveaux employés et à la coordination de la formation;
    • Offrir un soutien quotidien aux gestionnaires et aux équipes sur le terrain, notamment en participant aux réunions opérationnelles et aux suivis auprès des clients, au besoin;
    • Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles et intervenir lors de situations opérationnelles urgentes.

    Qualifications et compétences recherchées

    • De 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en coordination, en opérations, en administration, en soutien aux effectifs ou dans un poste similaire;
    • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique à haut volume;
    • Grand souci du détail et de l'exactitude;
    • Maîtrise de Microsoft Outlook, Excel, des outils Web et des systèmes de gestion des effectifs;
    • Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en anglais;
    • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes opérationnelles;
    • Une expérience dans un environnement syndiqué, en sécurité privée ou en opérations constitue un atout;
    • Une expérience avec des systèmes de gestion des horaires ou des effectifs, tels que UKG, Kronos, ADP Workforce Now ou des plateformes similaires, constitue un atout;
    • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est considéré comme un atout.
