    GardaWorld is seeking experienced, professional, and safety-focused Security Drivers to support executive transportation operations throughout the Lower Mainland.

    This is more than a driving position. As a Security Driver, you'll provide safe, discreet, and reliable transportation while maintaining a heightened level of situational awareness. You'll operate in dynamic environments where professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment are essential.

    Responsibilities for High Profile Security Driver:

    • Safely transport clients to and from designated locations while maintaining a professional and discreet presence
    • Conduct thorough pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and safety
    • Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, professional, and presentable condition
    • Review routes and travel plans prior to assignments
    • Monitor traffic, road conditions, and surrounding environments to ensure efficient and safe travel
    • Adapt routes when necessary due to traffic, road closures, or security considerations
    • Maintain continuous situational awareness before, during, and after passenger pick-up and drop-off
    • Coordinate with GardaWorld Operations and other security personnel throughout assignments
    • Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established operational procedures
    • Complete required documentation and immediately report incidents or concerns
    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers, assignments, and daily operations

    Qualifications for High Profile Security Driver:

    • Valid BC Security Worker Licence
    • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
    • Clean Driver's Abstract
    • Minimum 10 years of residency in Canada
    • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
    • Basic First Aid certification or higher
    • Advanced Security Training (AST) Certification 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong professionalism and customer service abilities
    • Ability to remain calm, confident, and composed in fast-paced environments
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
