    Project Manager I

    FindTalent is currently seeking a Project Manager I on behalf of our client, a leader in construction and infrastructure solutions, for small to mid-scale construction projects across various markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, ensuring project success while applying industry best practices.

    Position Overview:

    The Project Manager I will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within an assigned region or division. Utilizing the client’s established Project Management Methodology, this role ensures projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. The Project Manager I will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and will manage all project-related activities, including third-party resources and overall project performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead small to mid-scale construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.

    • Plan, monitor, and report on project status and performance to management and stakeholders.

    • Identify potential stakeholder conflicts and facilitate timely resolutions.

    • Manage project risks by developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

    • Oversee both self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.

    • Interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project deliverables.

    • Manage project accounting and resource allocation.

    • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to associates and field engineers.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining project management tools, processes, and methodologies.
