• Lead large, strategic projects with executive-level visibility.
  
  • Oversee planning, staffing, reporting, and controlling across full project lifecycle.
  • Direct and coordinate day-to-day team activities.
• Manage budget, quality, schedule, and risk escalation.
• Provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Perform quality control to ensure scope expectations are met.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of data infrastructure and governance basics.
• Strong understanding of system development methods and information systems hardware/software.
• Ability to work in matrix organizations and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate sessions, build consensus, and negotiate solutions.
• Previous government experience is a plus.
• Experience in multiple roles (PM, Program Manager, Coordinator, Executive) is a plus.
