If you're passionate about sustainability, join a team committed to a clean energy future. In this Energy Efficiency role, you will support delivery of Eversource's Residential Home Energy Performance Program (HEP) and Residential New Construction (RNC) programs, helping customers adopt energy-efficient solutions through a collaborative, statewide approach. You will ensure programs are customer-focused, cost-effective, and aligned with regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
    Role Overview

The EEC works closely with homeowners and contractors, to identify cost-effective weatherization measures and other efficiency opportunities. This includes promoting whole-home performance approaches, increasing customer adoption of recommended measures, and ensuring projects are completed to program standards. The role supports increased participation, enhanced customer experience, and improved energy savings while helping to transform the existing residential housing stock.
