Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote listings and engage with potential clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Active real estate license.
Strong communication and people skills.
