Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for an Assistant Project Manager for our client in Albany, NY.
ECLARO’s client advocates for energy efficiency and clean energy technology. If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- The resource will be responsible for a suite of both operational and program work to support current program staff.
- This position is expected to be able to assist in program operations including but not limited to:
- Review of incentive applications.
- Execution of award letters, assignments, project modifications, and extension requests.
- Assist in the development and organization of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned that contribute toward the goals and objectives of the Client program.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Oracle / Peoplesoft or similar platform with a high volume of data entry; similar to client's own NEIS platform.
- Ability to understand and implement Program Rules outlined in their respective Program Manuals, developing and streamlining operational processes for a range of Programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Database knowledge and ability to adapt to new systems / software.
- Ability to pick up processes quickly.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Previous working knowledge of solar system and storage project development.
- IT systems that will be used: Salesforce, NEIS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
