Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for a Project Manager - Contract Management for our client in Albany, NY.
ECLARO’s client advocates for energy efficiency and clean energy technology. If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!"
Responsibilities:
- Oversee scoring committees, including provisioning systems access to members, scheduling & facilitating meetings, and maintaining contact lists.
- Route contracts and track progress until contracts are signed.
- Facilitate client staff in leveraging various contractor pools for their needs, which involves sending out bids to the firms, evaluating proposals, and entering Task Work Orders with the awarded firms.
- Assist with routine and complex Assignment Agreements.
- Provide support for set various processes and administrative functions, such as solicitation set up, processing insurance requests.
- Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Contract Management team.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Exceptional organizational, time management and planning skills to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen attention to detail and a penchant for mastering and understanding details for the purpose of simplifying the landscape for others.
- Extraordinary diligence, thoroughness and follow-through.
- Skilled in managing multiple, diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments, and operating with speed, accuracy and strong judgement.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability, resourcefulness, adaptability, for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions.
- Demonstrated collaboration and consensus-building skills with an ability to build productive relationships across a diverse organization.
- Experience working in contracting/financial database systems
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint
- Oracle Peoplesoft (NEIS), Salesforce, Tableau
- Atlassian Suite: Jira, Confluence
