Warehouse Associate - CHEASPEAKE, VIRGINIA - Distribution Center (Shift 1)

Dollar Tree is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced distribution center. You'll play a key role in supporting store operations while working for a stable, growing Fortune 143 company committed to associate safety, career growth, and community impact. Apply today!
Compensation & Benefits
  • Shift 1 Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:30 am-4:00 pm, overtime based on business needs
  • Starting pay $18.50/hr.
  • $500 employee referral bonus
  • Annual merit increases

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
