Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and team members from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with local communities in Jacksonville, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services in both office and community settings to clients facing complex mental health challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop, and implement personalized integrated care plans addressing clients' various needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, always aiming to enhance client engagement and participation.
• Conduct crisis interventions as required, applying effective de-escalation techniques and support in urgent situations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Develop and implement safety strategies, identifying potential high-risk situations to ensure a secure therapeutic environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license.
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnosis, treatment modalities, and best practice standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex mental health concepts in an understandable manner.
• Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with clients in similar settings.
• Previous experience with crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
