We're searching for an enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences, one swim stroke at a time! Weeknight and Saturday morning availability needed!
About Us At Diventures, we're serious about safety but never forget to bring the fun. Whether it's helping a toddler conquer their first float, guiding a teen to swim like a pro, or engaging parents in their child's aquatic journey, we turn learning into an adventure. Your Role: Part Instructor, Part Cheerleader, All Hero As a Swim Teacher, your mission is to create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment where students gain confidence in the water. You'll do this by:
- Bringing the Energy: Greet every student with excitement, making lessons something they look forward to.
- Teaching the Basics and Beyond: Guide students using fun and effective methods to master life-saving swim skills.
- Cheering Them On: Communicate regularly with parents, celebrate milestones, and offer tips to keep the progress going at home.
- Being a Safety Champion: Keep the facility and learning environment safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
- Sharing the Love: Get to know Diventures' swim programs inside and out to inspire and guide families through their aquatic journey.
