This position combines technical project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination to support ARM's mission of strengthening U.S. manufacturing through the adoption of robotics and AI.
This hybrid position is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and requires occasional travel to customer sites, consortium meetings, and industry events.

  • Coordinate project resources and activities to achieve program objectives.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop mitigation plans to address project risks, issues, and schedule impacts.
  • Measure and report project performance using established technical, financial, and operational metrics.
Project Execution
  • Manage development, integration, validation, qualification, and technology demonstration activities.
  • Coordinate technical reviews, project meetings, and milestone reviews.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Support contract compliance, project reporting, and deliverable tracking.
  • Assist with project closeout activities and lessons learned documentation.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned consortium members, principal investigators, customers, and government sponsors.
  • Build collaborative relationships with industry, academia, government agencies, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful executive reviews.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Membership, Business Development, Communications, and Executive Leadership to support successful program execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
