- Supervise and coach a team of guest service advisors, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
- Build genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction

- Safely and clearly direct guests at every station throughout the site, with a smile and a wave
- Assist in the daily upkeep and maintenance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the car wash industry, automotive service, or related field
- Must be at least 18 years old
- An outgoing personality with strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Be eager to learn, motivate others, and develop new skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Operate with respect and integrity
- Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Fluent in English
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
