    Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze and review each assigned loan to determine appropriate collection actions.
    • Monitor the financial health and conditions of borrowers.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with attorneys regarding legal issues related to the portfolio.
    • Develop and execute effective collection strategies.
    • Facilitate payment collections and liquidate collateral when necessary.
    • Consistently approach tasks with integrity, genuine caring, and a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
    Required Qualifications
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or comparable work experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Administration, Loan Review, or Lending.
