By ensuring system accuracy, resolving issues quickly, and supporting day-to-day DSD operations, you will help maintain strong service levels and enable efficient route and distributor performance.This is a hybrid role based in Hanover, PA.What You Will Do Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from distributors, sales managers, DSD operations, and retailers, ensuring timely and thorough resolutionTrack and manage incoming issues, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure closureMaintain accurate warehouse authorization data and item setup for DSD locations and routesSupport order processing, product credits, inventory accuracy, and error resolution across DSD systemsMonitor IDP orders throughout the end-to-end consignment process to ensure accuracy, identify issues, and prevent disruptionsValidate IDP delivery activity and troubleshoot discrepancies related to shipments, receipts, and inventory movementsAssist with shrink issues, planning discrepancies, cycle counts, and nightly error reportingAudit warehouse transactions and ensure data accuracy to support operational decisionsCreate and maintain sample customer setups and DSD data entriesManage purchase orders, inventory, and support quarterly audit processes for Bill and Hold locationsMaintain documentation including the Warehouse Support ManualSupport claims processes and maintain relationships with partner brandsPartner cross-functionally to ensure timely processing of route credits and alignment with settlement timelinesProvide on-call support for system or application issues outside of standard business hoursProvide SAP support to hubs, plants, and field teams, including troubleshooting system issues and resolving transactional errorsContribute to projects and continuous improvement efforts as neededWho You Will Work With You will partner closely with IDP Support, Technical, Operations, Sales, and Route Account Management teams to resolve issues and drive process alignmentWhat You Will Bring to the Table (Must Have)Associate?s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process data and transactionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and levelsAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal oversightProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with systems such as Oracle and SharePointAbility to quickly learn and navigate new systems and toolsIt Would Be Great if You Have (Nice to Have)Experience supporting DSD operations or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with inventory management, order processing, or warehouse support processesExperience working with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, or supply chainExposure to data reporting, auditing, or system error resolutionFamiliarity with Settlement Statements, claims management, or consignment inventory workflowsCompensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$37,400-$51,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
