Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35hr - $40hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst roles.
- Strong experience in Data & Analytics / Data Engineering projects.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with user story creation, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.
- SQL and data analysis concepts.
- ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos).
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data engineering and analytics solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Drive delivery of Data Engineering, Reporting, and Analytics projects.
- Work with teams on data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse solutions.
- Support development of reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation across systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, QA teams, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Work across multiple IT teams and business units to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive alignment between data architecture, reporting, and business needs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards (HIPAA, EDI transactions).
- Support data-driven use cases in member services, pharmacy benefits, and analytics reporting.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy (Rx) domain.
- Knowledge of claims, membership, provider, benefits data.
- HIPAA / EDI (834, 835, 837 transactions).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration and APIs.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
